About me

I'm a former Pulitzer Prize-nominated journalist, having worked at newspapers including the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, The New York Observer, the New Orleans Times-Picayune, and The Denver Post. More recently. I spent over 15 years creating brand strategies and developing content for B2B marketing for workplace technology companies and, earlier,  worked in employee benefits communication. I'm a creative photographer and member of the Fort Worth Art Collective and a certified yoga teacher, offering classes and workshops at two locations in Fort Worth.
