Northern Oregon Regional Corrections

Northern Oregon Regional Correctional Facilities (NORCOR) is a Regional Adult Corrections and Juvenile Detention complex located in The Dalles that serves four counties - Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam, and Hood River. According to its website, it is one of the first jails to be formed as a merger of four county jail systems. NORCOR houses both juveniles and adult inmates and books approximately 2,800 inmates per year.
